Computer not recognizing phone

    Got MPT, updated and installed drivers, set up program for my V400, but computer keeps saying it doesn't recognize the device. Reinstalled everything, setup appears to be go ok, but still not recognizing my phone. Anybody got any ideas?

    P.S.

    Went to control panel and computer is not showing a motorola modem. When i hit detect is doesn't find it.
