computer possibly possesed. Please help

    My computer is so slow. I have high speed w/ MSN and it takes forever for my email to load up. It takes a while for my computer to start up. I am wondering if it has some hidden junk. I have avg, zone alarm, adware, spybot. Can some one help me with this?

    boot your computer in safe mode and then run the scaners
