stop:c0000219(fatal system error)the window logon process system process terminated unexpecedly with status of 0xc0000005(0x00000000 0x00000000) this is the error i get each time i go to shut down my computer anyone know how to fix this problem

What you need to try is: Open task manager look for winlogon.exe under the processes tab End the process If it doen't work and you get the same error again then open event view in admin tools and and check the system logs and you should see what's causing the problem marked with a red X (most likely a hanging service). Once you found the log for your error copy that message and post it here so i can get a more accurate explanation for what's going on
