Computer reset's useing nero

    Hello everyone. can someone help me whenever i try burning a D.V.D it starts transcoding and then my computer resets. Thank you

    As in your computer reboots? Or your DVD Burner resets itself.

    Is the error you get "Reset Occured."?

    Post a log file, and we might be able to help.

    Off the top of my head, when I used to get that error, a firmware upgrade fixed this problem for me....

    But you might have other issues. Post that log. :)

    My computer system reboot's and it dosn't seem to be saveing the log because i can't find it nowere

    Nero 6 history log location: Program Files>Ahead>Nero>NeroHistory.txt

    Nero 7 history log location: Program Files>Nero>Nero 7>Core>NeroHistory.txt

    Sounds like another heat issue. Could always be bad RAM, but my money says heat. Have you tried monitoring your temps while burning?

    I think it is heat because there is no log's anywere but i left my computer off allnight put it on in the morning and the same thing happend. If i try turning it back on it just swiche's back off i have to leave it for about 5min's before i can swich it back on and my computer is a powerful system so i don't think it's that .Thank's alot

    For sure a heating issue then. I thought you meant your drive was resetting!

    You need a better fan is all.
