computer restarting

    this is about the computer in my sig. I have it set back to clock speeds but it still restarts when I get to the windows desktop.

    Oh abuzar, what did you do... Hmm, hows the cooling? Can you boot into safemode?

    The temps are fine. I think it is the Windows installation, as I hadn't activated windows and when I took out my CMOS battery it reset the time and I was forced to activate. So I was using my computer when it told me to do that by clicking on the Microsoft website and then typing in C:/ to browse my drive. After I found my product key in my documents folder I activated and it returned to the normal desktop, at which point it restarted.

    I'm writing this from safe mode, I'll try recovery to see what happens.

    Never mind system restore fixed it.

    Probably that bioshock crack lol.
