Sounds like there was a power outage while norton was scanning and now there is a corrupted file in what i assume is ghost 10.0 ?? , for help with all ghost products and full tutorials http://radified.com/cgi-bin/YaBB/YaBB.cgi if link won't work google for "radified forum" these guys are a life saver or have been for me you'll see why i have recommended these fellas once your in looking around their forum ,if your lucky and norton antivirus loads ok you may get away with uninstalling ghost in safe mode and then reinstall after restart, at worst you'll have to run norton's uninstall tool to remove all norton products and reinstall them, sadly in the past i've found the latter was necessary grrrrrrr .
