I used a portable hard drive with my Dish Hopper.
Now I have cancelled my account and I can't get my PC to recognize the portable hard drive so I can reformat it.
Does anyone know how I can get my PC to recognize so I can reformat the portable hard drive?
If this is the wrong forum, please let me which one would be the correct one.
    Can you help?
    I would appreciate any help.
    Thank you

Only my main things, like C,D, and E.
I see it listed, but can do nothing but look at properties or help.
I have contacted the company I got the portable hard drive from, but have received no answer.

I tried. and now it gives me choice:
convert to GPT, properties, and help.
    What should I do now?
    Should I just continue?

    Thank you. It worked!
I now have access to my 5 TB Portable Hard Drive.
I would be very upset if I would lose this.
I really appreciate you taking time out of your day to help me.
    Thank you, again
