concept? what does it mean

hello, i've seen the sony ericsson w1i concept phone but what does it mean? does it mean sony has the idea of making it or does it mean someone is dreaming this phone should be made? if it's a real phone i'd like it. if it's someone's imagination then all the person can do is put his idea forward.
