    So, I had a guy present me with a unique problem. He wants to connect his xbox 360 to his computer which is connected to a wireless router which in turn is connected to a computer with ICS (Internet Connection Sharing). His setup is unique and there for a purpose so I won't go into details as to why. The setup would be like this:

    Xbox 360---Crossover Ethernet Cable--->Windows XP computer~~~(Wireless)~~~>Router---Ethernet Cable--->Computer with ICS.

    I've tried to set a manual IP and default gateway with no luck, and tried to bridge the wireless and wired connections on the XP computer, just for kicks and giggles to see if it would work. So I'm wondering if anybody has any insight to this problem?

    You need to use a straight-through cable from the 360 to the Pc. Odd I know, but thats how it is.
