I have recently tried been working on putting Linux on my computer and have gotten very far with it but get stuck in one spot. I got Linux on my Xbox hard drive and ran Emergency Linux. And now I have to connect to it with my computer to type the user name and password. But the only problem is I get an error like this: "Could not open connection to the host, on port 23: Connect failed" Now you are probably thinking he is just not putting in the right IP address for the Xbox, right? Well these are the ones I have tried... The original one it said to which is 192.168.0.3 and also these others because I was running though a router at the time 192.168.2.4 and 192.168.2.3. Well sense those didn't work I tried to move my Xbox to a normal Crossover cable, ran Telnet tried the IP(s) and still the same error.

This is all I can think of at the moment that I have tried. Feel free to ask anymore questions you would like and I will answer as soon as I can.
