Sorry if this has been asked before but I did search the forums and came up with nothing. Work just purchased me a new Nextel i860 phone to replace the POS i205 that I lost. The problem now is I would like to connect it to my PC so I can send pictures and MP3/Midi files back and forth. I am almost positive this is possible with this model but I cannot seem to find a difinitive answer anywhere on the net. I already have a Nextel Data USB cable and Windows detects the phone as a Motorola iDEN modem. I tried using Motorola's iDEN Media Manager software but it says it cannot detect the phone. Also from what I read that software can only send pics from the phone to the PC and not the other way. Work may be able to buy this software for me to use if there is not a free one available, but I do not know where to begin to look for a good reliable one.
I use Motorola Mobile Phone tools for my Cingular Motorola V400 and I have uploaded pictures and MP3 ringtones to my phone just fine. But I know Nextel phones are a little different. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

It is just a USB cable that has the nextel connector on one end and USB on the other. I did not buy it, I borrowed it from a friend who somehow got it with his phone.

    Looks something like this http://www.cellphoneshop.net/usbdacaforne2.html
