    Most feature packed:
ViperGC Extreme - Currently the only chip that supports USB ripping. All others only support BBA. Basically a qoob Pro with USB ripping capabilities.
qoob Pro - Has the best BIOS, considering ViperGC Extreme doesn't support it's onboard flash and video forcing doesn't work.

    Mid-range:
    qoob SX
    ViperGC

    Budget priced:
ninjamod (according to tehskeen, it's a waste of money)
    Duo Q
XenoGC - The only budget priced chip I'd recommend.
    Ripper

    1. Yes.
    2. Yes.
    3. Matter of preference.

i also recommend xenogc if ur looking for a cheap end. Duo Q works too, but doesnt boot mini dvd-rw. not sure about xenogc's stability but reviews say its fine.
