I have a Medion PC, when i turn on the computer my monitor does not show a green light, it just shows an orange light, then i hear a continuous long beep coming from my computer. it pauses then beeps not short beeps long beeps, it goes on until i shut down the computer, then thats when the beep stops. but still same thing, when turning on the computer it warms up then the beeps start coming back again. i was wondering if anyone can help me out on this. please thanks
I have heard that that sometimes happens when folks have used the dangerous hibernate feature of Microsoft, but I have not heard about it happening when the computer is actually shut down. The times that I have heard of it, the PSU went belly up, and folks saw the orange light on the monitor. The hibernate feature caused the problem, and I have no clue why.
