Rip DVD to the HDD, with DVDFab HD Decrypter Run program, insert disk, select 'Main Movie'. If you don't feel comfortable installing a full package of codecs, consider installing these two instead. They can both be uninstalled from the Control Panel. I'm using winavi video converter! To convert dvd to divx, you just need to select the .vob file(s) to AVI with divx encoder.
