conversion worked, is in libraray, but video doesnt show on ipod even after update

    I converted my video, out it into my library, connected my ipod, said "update complete"...checked ipod and its not there...help please?!

    Try this, connect your iPod to your computer and in iTunes go to Edit -> Prefrences -> iPod and then the Video tab, and make sure 'Update Videos' radio button is selected.

    ok i tried that but i looked in my preferences..and the only tabs there were general,podcasts,playback,sharing,store,advanced, and parental control...i dont see anything that says ipod on it. and on my problem.. the information shows up on my ipod and it plays the sound but it dont play the music..what do i do? please help! it did the same thing when i tried to put on a music video.
