convert .aa files to mp3

    ok, i know there are over 100 threads on this topic, but all fo them are very old. all of the solutions rovided dont work anymoer because the software versoins are no longer avaliable. i am a loyal audible customer and everything i have was paid for, but i just got the new blackberry and its not supported. i want to lesten to my books and cant, can someone please tell me how?

    That thread has been updated within the last month or so. Things have not changed all that much since it was last updated. Even if they are probably 20% of the persons on that thread will be notified if you responded to it. Probably half of them are still converting.

    My other 2 cents are, if you buy a good audio capture app that captures from your sound card, you can capture anything you can play.

    Took me a while to work out, but I burn the .aa files to image files (.nrg) with Nero, then mount them in a virtual drive (I use Daemon Tools) and rip them from there. Fairly quick and painless - moreso than playing and recording the whole file anyway
