I used dvd santa, but i dont like the watermark on the screen. Is there a program that does what dvd santa does, but is free and without a watermark?

Yes, VSO is a free, yet very effective converter. But after converting your videos to dvd compliant format, you still need something (e.g. Nero) to burn the files.
