Convert AVI files

    I am trying to convert some avi files to HD movie files so I and watch them on my DVD player. Looking for the best program I am going to need. any help would be great.

    Most likely you want to convert the AVI to DVD( not sure where the HD comes in,I surmise it was a misspelling...)
