   I hope you mean converting VOBs into MPEGs. IFO files don't have any video or audio in them. They're just instructions for reading VOBs. If you have VOBs to convert to MPEG either read through question 6 of the FAQ at the top of this forum or do a search. The question has been asked and answered many times.
