Does anyone know of a piece of hardware that can convert like a Multi-system VCR (only without the VCR functionality)? We have a Samsung SV-7000 that's on the blink. We didn't use the record/playback functions (using it as a VCR) as much as we just passed a signal through for conversion. I thought maybe a dedicated converter would be less expensive than buying a new multi-system VCR. Thanks!
If your talking about just converting video between formats then Tenlabs makes many different hardware converts.
