Convert Matroska (.mkv) to DVD

    Anyone know what sowtware i need to do this? I have APEX VIDEO CONVERTER SUPER V5 64 and I have TOTAL VIDEO CONVERTER V3 10. Is there any other software that will convert this faster. And if I can convert it then how do I add subtitles to it (subtitles that can be optional). Which software for the subtitles I mean. I have the subtitles (the file type just says subtitles file).
