Hi Guys! I have a few MP3's encoded with 128 Bitrate. I want to convert them to a lower bitrate so that I can dump them in my mobile. Can you please tell me which is the best software to do so... Thank you.
Almost every free player out there has mp3 converting capabilities. Windows Media Player, Real Player, WinAmp, and many others come to mind. Also Burning programs like Nero, EZ CD Creator and Sonic can do it too. I won't say it's the best, but my favorite audio player is Foobar200. It's the one I use for my Transcoding.
I suggest you to use editing software ( try Fleximusic Wave Editor ) here after entering to the software use the options (save as, save as mp3), with this You can reduce the bitrate as you require. [ http://www.fleximusic.com/ ]
give Ashampoo - MP3 AudioCenter a shot its very easy to use http://www.ashampoo.com/frontend/products/php/product.php?idstring=0030&session_langid=2
