Ohhhh, I'm confused right now - lol. And I knew it was time to come to AfterDawn.

I want to take several mp3's and make a traditional Audio CD, one that would be playable on any 'normal' CD player.

I have the latest version of Easy CD-DA Extractor. I also have Nero 6.0 but not the option to 'make' Audio CDs with it; could burn with it, though, instead of Easy.

    Few questions, please:

What is the name of the file format that Audio CD's uses for the individual songs?

With Easy CD-DA Extractor, do I first need to convert the files from mp3 to whatever format CD files are called? And then, burn the CD?

    OR

One of the features of Easy CD-DA Extractor is that it 'makes audio CDs' so does that mean if I drag and drop the files in and make an audio CD that the final product will be a 'true' audio CD? Of course, I realize if the latter is true, I'll need to use Easy CD-DA Extractor for the burn.

Yes, I have spent alot of time searching the Net for these answers and have perused countless threads, here at the forum for the same. I appreciate your educating me. THANKS!
