convert mp4 h264 to xvid

    How do I convert a mp4 file that uses the codec h264 to xvid avi? so I can play it on my dvd player that supports divx/xvid

    Wouldn't SUPER use mencoder or ffmpeg for the conversion? They both have Xvid built in.
