I have managed to get a rugby match which I watched saved on my hard drive as a MPEG file.
However I now wish to put it on a DVD so I play it on a normal DVD player.
Do I have to convert it to another format so it will play and if so what software would you recommend Also which option should I use to burn it onto a DVD in Nero.
Sorry bit of a novice on this

I don't have Nero anymore, but it used to be that I clicked the 'StartSmart' shortcut and opted to make a movie DVD.
Then loaded/dragged the file onto the window and clicked 'Next' until it got to the burning step.

Nero Vision will do the conversion to DVD. For me it's always been slower than DVD Flick(especially if the video is a mpeg that needs no re-encoding).
