Question convert to micro mkv

    How can I change a video to a "micro mkv".
    I want a video that is good quality, yet small for my Galaxy Note 5.
    I would appreciate any help.

    Your restricted to whatever the note can handle playing.Easiest method is use whatever encoders preset

    The Note can play MP4, M4V, 3GP, WMV, ASF, AVI, FLV, MKV, WEBM.
    I have seen people have micro mkv to download and the file is small. I want the program that does this.
