Convert to Xvid Quality?

    is it possible to take a movie (downloaded) and through some way or another turn it into a crisp movie with a nice resolution? i am new here so i'm sorry if this has already been asked before or if this is the wrong forum, thanks for any help

    output quality totally depends on the input quality if its a downloaded dvd-r that has been untouched then yeah you should be able to get great quality.

    p4_tt is totally correct, what goes in is what comes out.....
    Shit in = Shit out

    Yes you can use filters but you arent going to make a cam into a dvd rip....
