Convert Vob to mpg or avi?

    I use DVD decrypter to get the files onto my harddrive, how do I convert them to a file type that can be played thru wmp? I have divx full version if that matters..

    The DVD's i want to convert are DBZ dvds, each DVD has 3 episodes for the most part, so I'd like split the dvd into 3 files beginning and ending with each episode.

    Also if there if there is anything i can use to compress along the way thatd be nice :) I can't get dvd shrink to do much tho.

    Please keep in mine Im a total newb so I can;t use very complex programs :)

    I am also interested in this. I have some bup and vpb files I want to convert to an mpg
