This Can be a Hard thing to do properly and there is No One program that will do it all by its self, I do this Quite Often but with Pal AVI files to NTSC Mpeg2/Vob, But it all uses the Same Principal... If you want me to try to explain to you how to do it then let me know But I warn you that it might be hard to understand what i am explaining because You will have to know how to Frameserve and have access to a few Programs and some of them are a Bit pricey..Actually the More Difficult and Complicated Method requires the Least amout of Software but the easier way involves more software...well let me Know and I"ll try to explain it to you....Cheers
