Convert WMV to MP4 using Nero 9

I searched the forums for a solution and found Xilisoft, but I have Nero 9 already installed and would like to know if I can convert a WMV file to MPEG4 to play on my IPhone. If this is possible and someone is familiar with the procedure, can you please help with step by step instructions?

You need to use nero Recode. Should be similar for nero 9:
