Convert WMV3 to XViD (using VirtualDubMod)

hi guys, i've got a problem here.. a have a an avi file but with WMV3 codecs. so i want convert it to Xvid but i found this in virtualdubmod.. say i must find the decompresser for this codecs..

i have K-Lite Mega codecs & Window Media Player 11 installed.

I have no problem to play this video but problem occured to convert it.. :help:

 

I have limited experience of the WMV format, but occasionally I have used VirtualDub to open them.

Using VirtualDub v1.7.6 and the WMV plugin (in the Vdub 'plugins' folder).

FFDShow installed and run the Video decoder Configuration from the Start menu.
Enable the WMV formats.

thanks for the link.. it's not about the *.wmv file.. it's a avi file with wmv3 codecs
