I have recently been having a bit of trouble with Convertxdvd with some out of sync audio trouble (see "out of sync audio" post) but I don't know how to correct it so I downloaded a newer version (ver. 3.6.4.158)
However I noticed that it can't find the vsoscaler.dll file... it seems to work as normal for a little bit and then it reboots the pc... what the hell is happening???! should I just download a different version???
How do I get that file back?

    many Thanks

Not sure about your PC rebooting, could be a memory issue, but you might want to update to the latest version of ConvertX

    version 3.6.13.178

if you're using v. 3.6.4.158, you're several updates behind and the current version might solve your problem

yep got the new version and seems to be all good and the audio is in sync... think the rebooting was due to the hot weather!!
