I am trying to convert episodes of "The F Word" a television show by Gordon Ramsay that airs in the UK. I have them stored on my hard drive and play them with Windows Media Player. I want to get them off my PC and onto DVD.

Everytime i convert them with VSO Convert X to DVD the process completes but i cant watch them on my DVD player. The process says it burned the DVD but my DVD player says it cant read the DVD. I've tried 2 DVD players and still nothing.

    Please help!!

(could it have anything to do with complication between PAL video clips seeing how the show aired in the UK and NTCS DVD players?)

Is your settings in ConvertXtoDVD set for NTSC? If you have left them PAL, that may be a problem.

Are you converting PAL to PAL when you need NTSC, make the setting in DVD Specification to whatever you use (basically - NA and Japan are NTSC, the rest of the world - PAL), doesn't matter what the original is when you convert? And keep your burn speed to 1/2 the rated speed of the media. I'm assuming these burned DVD play on your pc.

Set it to NTSC. If UK, the source will be PAL.
