converted vcd to dvd but no sound used dvd santa

please help.i have converted a vcd to dvd with dvd santa but after converted the picture is great but nooooo sound.is there any way i can get the sound to work.

you may need to make it compliant? use dvd patcher as long as you know what settings either pal or ntsc are?

doesnt reconize the file.after downloading the movie it comes in cd1 and cd2 format.can any one help.or do i give up.
