Converter NTSC to PAL (Help)

does anyone know a program to convert NTSC to PAL?

nero vision express or if its in avi u can use divxtodvd by vso.

 

Hey all

I've got several NTSC (dvdr) that I'd like to convert to PAL. I've used Nerovision but I can't work with it, it's got too much stuff, I just want to convert them. When I unpack the files, they have .img and .iso extensions, I can't convert them. Is there any tutorial I can use to solve this problem?
