    Hi,

I've recently been trying to do a conversion of a video I got off the internet. It's in FLV format. The problem I am facing is that I want to convert it to MPEG format. I have tried numerous software for doing it and here's the interesting thing. It works actually, it converts. However, the audio is out of sync by a good 20 seconds or so ahead of the video. I don't know how or why it is out of sync. Any idea why the converted video in mpeg format gets out of sync and how I can fix that? Shall I try to get the flv video again and try it? Thanks.

Use a SPAM Converter to help you out. Here I can recommend you such a SPAM Converter which can convert FLV to AVI or MPEG.

Do you have source video without audio out of sync?

If no, you can try to use SPAM

Use erightsoft "SUPER". It's a free conversion software for audio and video files. It's simple.

Drag the FLV in and select the video format you want to change to. Do not change any of the default settings under the format drop down unless you know for sure what you are doing.

    Click convert.

ConvertXtoDVD is usually the best app for keeping things in sync.

Although first chance I get I gotta try SPAM, it's always recommended.:)
