converting avi to dvd using nero

    hi all i have a problem when converting avi files to dvd,about 7 out of 10 times i will burn the avi to dvd and the end movie is perfect vision but it seems to get stuck every couple of seconds its like smooth stop smooth stop but it stops for a microsecond only, i think only someone with the same problem will understand what i mean,so if anyone can help please leave a message thankyou.

    what speed are you burning at and what media are you using

    hi i burn at both x2 or x4 and use dvd+r or dvd_r with either i get the same result most of the time

    @simon37, the information that is required is the BRAND of media you are using. Sometimes poor choice of media can cause problems.

    There is an excellent guide in my sig by alkohol on how to do this,AVI to DVD, check it uot.
