Converting avi to DVD

    I used avi2dvd to convert a movie i downloaded. It took nearly two hours to convert and when it finished the movie came out choppy and skipped. Is this because avi2dvd is a freeware? What is the best software that i can buy that converts quickly and plays in great quality? I don't want to purchase anything thats going to give me the same results as avi2dvd. I want my money well spent

    You need to check that you have the newest codec for that conversion.
    WinAVI can convert to a DVD movie in an hour,you can try trial version first.
