Converting avi to Mpeg

    I've been downloading some video, and the only ones that work on my computer are Mpeg. The avi videos don't work at all. The problem is that most of the videos I'm looking for are avi videos. Is there a way I could get avi videos to work or convert them into mpeg? Thanks.

    The avis are probably not working because you need a codec!! get gspot from this site and it will tell you what codecs you need to download!
