converting avi to vcd and using nero ahead

    does any1 know a good free software that convert avi to vcd? then after u convert and stuff, how would u burn the disc on nero ahead?
    i've been on the computer all day trying to find what software and stuff that i need..yet, i still cant burn the thing. well, i downloaded TMPGEnc but when it start the process--it said "cant load p3package.dll"..does any1 know anything why that happen?

    umm....which is better, vcd or svcd? i know that svcd have better picture but it dont play on most dvd players but vcd can play on most dvd player but the quality is ok.
