Converting AVI to WMV

    Hi,
    I've just got a Philips mp3 player that plays video. The problem is that it only plays the following formats : Window media video format, WMV 7, WMV 8, WMV9. All the videos i have on my pc are in AVI format. How do i convert them to the WMV format ? Any help is much appreciated.
