What program can I use to burn downloaded movies to play in my DVD player?? I've been using OJOsoft Video Converter, and also Blaze Media Player, to burn a couple of dvd's, but when I place them in my dvd player, I get an error message!! I would appreciate any assistance that anybody can provide, I'm tired of wasting good dvd's.
    Thank You
    Sincerely
    Me

Do the burned DVD's play on your PC?
If you are in North America, the movie format on the DVD must be NTSC - is your converter software set to produce NTSC video (not PAL).

I've never tried to play them on my PC, my main deal is to play them in my DVD Player. After I've tried to play them in my DVD Player, and got an error message, I trashed the DVD's, foolish I know.

have you tried DVDFlick? or DVDShrink?
These work for a PS2, but i have a duo VCR/DVD Combo (which is terrible to use)
I sometimes have to copy a BRAND NEW DVD I purchased that day and play it on my PS2 just to watch it.

If I change my DVD converters {OJOsoft Total Converter, Ultra DVD Creator, or Blaze Media Pro} to NTSC would they play in my DVD Player? I'll give it a try in a couple of days, and see how it works out. As far as DVD Shrink or DVDFlick goes,I haven't tried those programs out yet, but will keep them in mind.
I do thank You for your assistance.
    Sincerely
    Me

If all fails, DVDFlick is very user friendly.
You would just select your file (if you have multiple, it will turn them into chapters)
but it will create a folder specified just for your dvd conversion, a typical DVD movie would take about between 1-2 hrs. You can either select it to create an ISO or create and ISO and burn to a DVD-R.
DVD Shrink is basically used for if you can't fit your media onto a 4.3G DVD-R. it just compresses it. Still the same quality from what i have gotten from it. Just be sure to check with your DVD Player to see if it is DVD-R readable, most of them will say if they are or not. (mine isn't, but i use my PS2 for it)
