I don"t remember if it was you or someone else I talked to about this same problem but with them I mentioned that they should use WinDVR 3.0 to capture with and there problems with the sync was solved....Cheers

    Hello guys,

If you are using Leadtek TV2000XP Expert latest drivers, it will not work with WinDVR3.0 at all. I tried it myself and it doesn't even allow you to set country region and therefore unable to scan for TV channels. By the way, I tried it with Cyberlink PowerVCR II which allows capturing and triming. The captured audio sucks and the trimmed Mpeg2 seems to playback fine on PC but after convertion by TMPG DVD Author and burned into DVD, the DVD's playback is still out of synchronization.

My only successful way is to convert Mpeg2 into DVD files (ifo, vob) into a VIDEO_TS folder using TMPG DVD Author without trimming, than use DVD Shrink to trim video using its re-author function and finally backup and burn into DVD. Kind of troublesome but it works.
