how do you convert certain video files for example it has a name then ends like this .roo .ro1 and so on or some say .rat or .rar once you download a movie in that format how do you convert it?
Download and install this first: http://www.majorgeeks.com/TUGZip_d4670.html It's a file extractor/compression tool like WinZip but a billion times better. During the install, be sure choose "Select All" on the last window before clicking finish; other than that, just click next all the way thru the install, and uncheck the "Launch Now" box. Then navigate to the files with the .r01, .r02, .r03, extensions and right click on the first one and select "Extract to: " and there will be a folder name listed or choose "Extract to folder" and browse to the folder when prompted. The files will all be extracted and combined into one folder, hopefully containing your video file. daveb923
