Not sure if this is the right area to post this. I have some HDTV files that I have recorded on my computer using my HD card (MYHD) that I want to save to DVD. It says these are TS files. Tried many programs but none would work very well and also I am not sure what format they need to be in so I can save them to DVD. Any suggestions?

Hdtv2Mpeg2 can quickly convert the .ts file to an mpeg2 file.
I've found that the resulting mpeg2 file can be authored to DVD by the likes of FAVC with less sync problems than DVD Flick.

I have used HDTV2MPEG2. I guess it works but none of my programs can read the Mpeg2 file. PowerDVD, Windows Media Player, VLC player. Tried to use FAVC but would not load correctly. I will try to download again tonight.
    Any other program suggestions?
