I have a mkv video file that I want to convert to dvd but it has subtitles (not on a separate file, but I have to turn on the subtitles when I watch the video) that I want to be included. How do I do that and can I do it with WinAVI Video Converter?

Sorry for not being able to answer your question but I thought Id give this post a bump as I am having exactly the same problem.

I have a .mkv file with subs that need to be turned on within VLC. I have tried ConvertXtoDvd but that converts without the subs.

I have also tried DVD Santa but that cant even open the .mkv file (strange as it is supposed to be able to recognize .mkv).

    If anyone knows please help!
