converting movie file

    i have a digital camera and when i want to put my cameras movies on to windows movie maker it wont take those .MOV files. so i want to convert it to an .MPG file. how do i do that so windows movie maker recognize it?

    Hi honeypaw,

    You need a video conversion software to do the job. Try Advanced X Video Converter.

    Lauch the program > click "Add Task" > select "All to MPEG-1/MPEG-2" > Add the mov files that you want to convert and specify the output folder > click "Done" and then the Start button.

    You can download a free trial from http://www.aoamedia.com/download.htm . Before conversion, please make sure you have installed the QuickTime Player (http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html ).
