i have tried a few times to merge cd1 and cd2 of a certain movie into one and then burn the output files with Nero and it always seems to play the second half of the movie first. this may be my own dumb wrongdoing, but when i select to add the two files to WinAVI cd2 always appears on the add-list first followed by cd1. am i doing something wrong with WinAVI or is this a problem at the burning stage instead of the converting stage?

WinAvi always lists the most recent import at the top of the list and converts them according to their listing. To the left of the import list are arrows going up or down. If you are unsure of the listing arrangement, put your mouse cursor over the file in question to see what it is,highlight it then use the arrows on the left to move that entry up or down.
