I ocassionally obtain DVD's that are in the PAL format. I would like to convert these to NTSC format. I purchased the Canopus Procorder 2 (I read somewhere that it was easy to use - and yes, it IS pricey). I am lost as to what to do (simple method) of converting the VIDEO_TS folder files from PAL to NTSC for burning on a DVD-R. Can anyone possibly help? Maybe a simple step-by-step would really help!!!
