    Hi there pals!
I've got this problem. I have the Greek .sub subtitles file, but it is not accepted by ConvertXtoDVD. Therefore, I tried to convert it to .srt using the Subtitles Workshop by Urusoft. The problem is the subtitles are not in synchorisation with the video any more. Whereas the .sub file is in perfect synrhronisation with the video the .srt is not AT ALL!!!
Any help on this from you good people! It'll be immensely appreciated.
    Anticipated thanks.
    Regards.
    D.

Run SubTitle Workshop and load the .srt file (the AVI loads automatically).

Highlight the first sub line number.
Play with the video and guage where the first sub should come in.
Pause/adjust the video at this point and press Ctrl+1 (or the button, third from right, under the video window).

Highlight the last sub and repeat for the last video point.
Press Ctrl+2 (or the button, second from right, under the video window).
All the times should be reset to reflect the new settings.

Set the video back to the first sub, line up the video and check sync.

Either 'Save' or 'Save as' the .srt file.
